I was never much of a VW fan, so I don't know all the nitty gritties, but I can tell you it has an 1800cc dual port engine, 4 speed standard. It is based on a 68 chassis, and the body is by an outfit called Bandit (banditbuggies.com)

It needs some work, but is driveable, so we'll have some fun while working on Cali.

Just registered at the DMV for the personalized plate KARMA

Cali - don't get upset, we still have plans to get you moving, Karma is for the wife... (if we can get the husband out of the driver's seat that is... )
